Our first Can All You Can Series was a huge success. Back by popular demand, join us for second canning series and learn to preserve the fall harvest!

Learn how to safely preserve seasonal bounty. Receive step-by-step instruction while we work together to prepare two delicious recipes at each class. During the first two sessions, participants will have the opportunity to learn safe water bath canning techniques while exploring ideas for putting up seasonal bounty. In the third and final session, you will be invited to learn how you can extend your canning options by using a pressure canner. All recipes will contain locally grown ingredients purchased the day before at the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market, and will reflect produce that is most bountiful this season.
