Ingredients

2
large eggs
1⁄3 cups
whole wheat flour
2⁄3 cups
all purpose flour

Lightly flour a cutting board and place the dough on it.5) Use your hands to knead the dough for 5 - 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.6) Cover with plastic wrap to allow the glutens to rest for 15 minutes.7) Prepare the pasta machine with a light dusting of flour and get a large pot of water to boil. Season the boiling water with salt.8) Divide the pasta dough into 6 pieces. Flatten each piece out and roll through the machine as per demo. Allow to the pasta to dry on clean towels until you are ready to cook dinner.9) Fresh pasta takes only about 3 minutes to cook in boiling water.
