water bath canning recipe
1) Bring tomatoes & onions to a boil over high high. Bring to a boil, stir frequently and reduce by half
2) Run mixture through a food mill or fine seive to remove skins and seeds
3) Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stir frequently and reduce by half again
4) To water bath ketchup. Fill sanitized and warmed jars to 1/4" head space and process for 15 minutes.
