Berry Balsamic Dressing

Description

A sweet salad dressing to add a touch of summer and colour to your greens.

2 tablespoons

dijon mustard

1⁄3 cups

balsamic vinegar (or apple cider, rice, red wine, etc.)

3 cups

fresh berries

1⁄2 teaspoons

salt

1⁄2 teaspoons

freshly ground black pepper

1 cup

oil (olive, grapeseed, vegetable, sesame, etc.)

1⁄4 cups

sugar, honey, or maple syrup

Combine in a container and blend with immersion blender, regular blender, or whisk.
