Evelyn L. Forget is an economist whose research investigates basic income and the best ways to ensure that everyone has access to the tools and resources they need to live full and healthy lives. She is a professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba and Academic Director of the Manitoba Research Data Centre.
